Processing Time

Order Tracking
Tracking Information:
- You will receive a tracking number immediately after your order ships
- Tracking email includes carrier link to view real-time package location
- You can also view tracking information in your account's "Order History"

Tracking Updates:
- System automatically sends notifications at each logistics milestone
- Key milestones: Shipped → In Transit → Out for Delivery → Delivered
Tracking Issues:
- ⚠️ If tracking hasn't updated for 5+ days, please contact us immediately
- ⚠️ If status shows "Delivery Failed" or "Undeliverable," please contact us within 24 hours
- We will coordinate with the carrier and provide solutions
Delivery Confirmation
Standard Orders:
- Carrier provides delivery confirmation (signature not required)
- Some carriers provide photo-on-delivery service
High-Value Orders (≥$75):
- Signature confirmation required
- Photo-on-delivery documentation
- GPS coordinates and timestamp
Post-Delivery Confirmation:
- Within 24 hours of delivery, we'll send a confirmation email asking if you received your package
- If you have any issues, please reply to the email or contact customer service immediately
Shipping Address
Important Reminder:
- ⚠️ Please carefully verify your shipping address - it cannot be changed after the order ships
- ⚠️ Customer is responsible for additional shipping costs and losses due to incorrect addresses
- We use an address verification system and will proactively contact you if we detect any anomalies
Address Requirements:
- Complete street address, city, state/province, and ZIP/postal code
- Recipient name and contact phone number
- For apartments/offices, include unit number/floor
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages:
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:
- Check all possible delivery locations (porch, garage, neighbors)
- Ask family members or roommates if they accepted delivery
- Contact the carrier to confirm delivery address
- Contact us within 3 days of the delivery date
We will:
- Initiate an investigation with the carrier
- Request proof of delivery (photo, signature, GPS)
- If confirmed lost, immediately reship or provide full refund
⚠️ Important Note:
- We are not responsible for packages lost or misdelivered due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Damaged Packages:
If you receive a damaged package:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt
- Provide photos of damaged packaging and product
- Retain all packaging materials for investigation
We will:
- Immediately send a replacement (free of charge)
- Or provide a full refund
- File a claim with the carrier
Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Recipient refused delivery
- Multiple failed delivery attempts (no one available to sign)
Process:
- Package will be returned to our warehouse
- We will contact you to confirm the correct address
- If due to address error, customer is responsible for reshipping costs
International Orders - Special Notes
Duties and Taxes:
- International orders (outside U.S. and Canada) may incur customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees
- These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total
- Specific amounts are determined by the destination country's customs authority
Customs Clearance:
- Clearance may take 3-10 business days
- We will provide all necessary customs documentation
- If customs requires additional information, we will contact you immediately
Refused Clearance:
- If you refuse to pay duties and the package is returned, we will refund minus round-trip shipping costs
Shipping Delays
Factors that may cause delays:
- Severe weather (blizzards, hurricanes, etc.)
- Holiday peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.)
- Carrier capacity constraints
- Customs delays for international orders
